How can I place my order on the chungistore.com website?
Online store of chungistore.com is easy to access and will surprise you each time.

  • We suggest you browse the website before making purchase and select the product (with specifications like size, color etc).
  • Only after you are sure about the product click ‘Add to shopping cart’ next to each product.
  • To review your shopping cart, click the ‘Shopping Cart’ icon at the top of the page.
  • You can use the ‘Remove from cart’ option to delete items from your Cart.
  • To go ahead with your purchase click on ‘Proceed to purchase’.

 

Is there any delivery/shipping charges?
Delivery/Shipping charges are Rs 30/- in India per product.

 

How long will it take for me to receive my product?
We have a stipulated time period of 15 days which we take responsibility for delivery of your parcel. In case we come across some unavoidable circumstances for delay we shall update you about the same.

 

How can I keep a track of my order?
Yes, online tracking of your order is available. Once we hand over the order to our courier agency, you will receive a tracking code from Chungi along with the web-link. You can use the information to track your order.

 

Do I need to be a member to shop on your site?
No, it is not required that each of our customers registers with us online as members. But it would enable your online transactions & future purchases with us if you do.

 

Will I get a full refund if I return a product?
You are requested to check the content of the parcel as soon as you receive it and get in touch with us. Though we take utmost care while dispatching your order however in case the content is damaged or not what you had ordered please ensure to inform our customer support team.

 

How can a product be returned or replaced?
In case a product ordered is damaged or has a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been delivered, we would request you to please take a photograph of the damaged product/s and contact our customer service team at info.chungi@gmail.com soon after receiving the order. Please retain all packaging materials, original invoice and the product/s until a set of instructions from Chungi regarding the same is received. In case of any other complaints regarding the delivered package, email us at info.chungi@gmail.com. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible. In case the tag is broken or tampered then the product will not be taken back.

 

Can my billing address be different from the address for delivery?
Yes, the billing and shipping address of the purchase can be different. We expect our customers to provide us with complete address with Pin code and mobile number for unhindered delivery of products.

 

Are the colours and designs shown on the website accurate?
Products on chungistore.com are made by local artists and designers, hand crafted and handpicked for you from various parts of India. Chungi team takes special care of lighting conditions while photographing our products. There may be slight variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints, graphics or embroideries of the product images you see on your monitor and the actual product.

 

Do I have to pay taxes or duties?
All indirect taxes, duties and surcharges are to be borne by the customer. A customer can also find out details of taxes, duties and surcharges through our customer service team.

 

What are the payment options available to me?
Chungi has tied up with various service providers to enable online payments. The options are absolutely safe and secure. You can choose to pay with a credit or debit card, which can be a Mastercard, Maestro, Visa or Amex card, using our secure payment gateway.
